In 2002, she joined and then managed Shri Educare Ltd, an education consulting organisation, which provided technical consultancy, teacher training and end to end operations management for new schools in India and abroad.

In 2011, Radhika joined NIIT Ltd. to head the content design and development function for its skills vertical. From 2011 to the end of 2015, Radhika was deeply involved in the design for, and implementation of, skills projects across India; engaging with all stakeholders to ensure effective design and delivery of employability linked programs, leading her to be awarded membership of the Chairman's Quality Circle - a select group of high achievers to be mentored by NIIT's seniormost leadership in 2014.

Radhika is now engaged with Ab Initio Consulting to understand customer needs; scope project requirements; ideate and construct the project framework; engage and manage resources; maintain quality standards; and ensure project delivery as per agreed specifications.
